Support gave me the wrong price
Omi took back its August 21 statement that Unlimited cost $199.99 a year. It said support should not have given me that price.

Omi says the app had the real price
Omi says the $269.91 price in the app was correct, even though support had just put the lower price in writing.
Omi said it would review the pages
Support agreed that Omi’s pages did not match and said the team would review them.
Omi refunded every dollar
Omi canceled and refunded the full $203.99 order. That included the $59.99 Firmware Developer Kit.
Omi did not make me return the device
Support offered a free return label. It also said I could throw away the device that was already on its way.
