Support gave me the wrong price
An Omi support representative took back the August 21 statement that Unlimited cost $199.99 a year. He said he should not have given me that price.

Omi’s explanation
This site would not be fair if it hid Omi’s answer. Here is what Omi’s support representative told me.
Support says the app had the real price
The support representative said the $269.91 price in the app was correct, even though Omi Support had just put the lower price in writing.
Support said the team would review the pages
Omi Support agreed that Omi’s pages did not match and said the team would review them.
Omi refunded every dollar
Omi canceled and refunded the full $203.99 order. That included the $59.99 Firmware Developer Kit.
Omi did not make me return the device
The support representative offered a free return label. He also said I could throw away the device that was already on its way.
